do you mean the github development or a running instance, Melvin ?
I do think for the latter:

Alain (@bourgeoa) maintains a running NSS 5.7.6 at solidcommunity.net
and my / our
humble contribution is NSS 5.7.7 at solidweb.org
and CSS 7.0.1 at teamid.live

I cannot eloborate further in the lack of knowledge.
