The fees for participant, observer and guest are as follows: In-person participation * Early Bird rate – until 15 July (23:59 UTC): *EUR 290* *** * Standard rate – until 31 August (23:59 UTC): *EUR 550* * Late/on-site rate – starting 1 September: *EUR 720* * Fee Waiver: No Fee (see below for more details) ***Early bird limited to the 4 first persons of a given company Remote participation * Standard rate – until 15 September: *EUR 89* *** * Fee Waiver: No Fee (see below for more details) Participation fee waiver We understand that not everyone can afford the TPAC registration fee for a variety of reasons and we do not want any of these to be a barrier to participation. For that reason, we make available an unlimited number of fee waivers to remote and onsite participants. The fee waiver operates on a trust basis, without checks on eligibility. The fee waiver option is available in the registration form. More information about the Breakout sessions on Wednesday will be sent shortly. --------------------------------------- Accommodation --------------------------------------- W3C has arranged discount guestroom rates for TPAC attendees at the Meliá Sevilla hotel. We advise you to book your room as soon as possible to benefit from these rates. The rates include breakfast and wifi. *Guest room rates: Double for single use: - standard: 160€ per night - standard with view: 175€ per night Double for double use: - standard: 175€ per night - standard with view: 185€ per night *Deadline*: The group rate will be available through *18 August 2023*. The safety of our attendees is a priority. The rules now match the TPAC 2022 Health rules, as they appeared to be efficient to keep the contamination to a very low level. We ask you to carefully read these. All TPAC participants are expected to comply with the health & safety requirements.
