Regrets for this call.

Mitzi thanks for the clarification.  Still a bit confused about the
"default" doc.  Perhaps you are able to create some kind of abstract or
longer text regarding what you'd like it to be or to become, in relation to
the group.

For example, are you trying to create a charter?  From what I saw of the
document so far, it was some subjective thoughts on what solid is.  I may
be misunderstanding tho.
