I started editing the tools doc i'd started sometime ago, adding ontologies
(common vocab[1])

I then found https://prefix.cc/ which is also quite useful.

Whats the deal with https://www.w3.org/2000/10/swap/pim/ ?

Is anyone aware of a terms look-up service?  I was wondering how to help
those who haven't developed apps that use RDF, find vocab that more easily
helps them do so, whilst also thinking about various interop requirements
therein...
