Whilst, I believe there's difference at the web layer about.privacy vs.
Dignity.

A visit to some specialist doctors may not provide A lot of privacy.  But
it may considered be undignified to die of a curable illness, due to a
privacy vs. Dignity debate, becoming moreover about whether pictures might
be posted on instagram.

A gynecologist needs to inspect.  The imaging might be usefully employed by
computer vision technology.

Instagram, should have nothing to do with it.

Hope that's as clear. As mud,  But made useful anyway.

Dealing with other issues[1] that are also as clear as mud.

Once flown, takes effort few expend to sort it out, due to convenience.
