Solid GitHub Repo Organisation

Hi W3C Solid Community Group, 

In last weeks W3C Solid Community Group call Sarven suggested going through all the repositories in Solid GitHub to make sure they are all active and archive any non-active repositories. Here is an overview of the Solid Github repositories [1] along with a proposal about how to deal with the unknown repositories. 

Please have a look [1] and submit pull requests about any activity that is not listed.
