Invitation to Start Panels

Hi W3C Solid Community Group,

If you are having any conversations about Solid please think about starting a Panel about a specific theme by submitting a pull request to https://github.com/solid/culture/blob/master/panels.md <https://github.com/solid/culture/blob/master/panels.md> so that others can find you and join in to create concrete proposals. 

There has also been a request to have a weekly overview of all the conversations that are happening and the proposals that are being reviewed by editors. If you are having any conversations this week please could you let me know what they are about and where they are happening so I can gather them up and make a weekly one stop shop update to make sure everyone is up to speed and knows where they can read further.
