Hi all,

We had our second live meeting of the Data Interoperability Panel today. Thanks for everyone that joined and participated. Extra special thanks to Elf Pavlik for scribing! Of particular note today, we discussed how we should approach writing Use Cases, and looked at new project proposals for Data Transfer Project (DTP) integration and Standards for Pod Management.
