Renaming solid/culture to solid/process

Just giving people a heads up that solid/culture will be renamed to solid/process per timbl’s direction. See the related issue here - https://github.com/solid/culture/issues/64.


GitHub will automatically redirect - so this shouldn't break anything - but feel free to reply if you run into any issues. We'll do the name change tomorrow.
