Solid Roadmap

I started to keep track of what is going on in the Solid community on
the wiki, as discussed in one of the last calls:

This Roadmap should give an overview of what we are doing right now or
want to tackle in short term.

I hope this helps us focusing on stuff that needs attention right now
and serves as an opportunity to team up on stuff and attract developers
that are not sure how they can help to improve the Solid ecosystem.

Please think about what you are doing right now within the Solid
community and why this is important and add it to the Roadmap.

If you are not familiar with the wiki, let me know and I will add the
info for you.

Any feedback on this is welcome as well.
