New telecon time (2 hours earlier)

Hi all,

Last week we resolved to move the telecon two hours earlier, but I don't
think the message got out. From now on, we're going monthly, at whatever
time is two hours earlier than you're used to (8am Pacific, 11am Eastern,
4pm UTC).

The next one is on the 14th of February, unless anyone has any objections.
The 21st would also be possible. Reply back to this thread or ping chairs
in IRC.

We discussed the possibility of another face-to-face in March or April, in
case we think that would help with advancing to PR. Possibilities include
the week before Libreplanet (20-24th March) at MIT. We're not committed to
having one, just keeping it on the radar.
