follow-on Community Group

Greetings Social Web WG compatriots --
I'm so very sorry to miss our last F2F meeting! 

We have discussed -- I think we have even agreed -- to continue the next steps of our work in a W3C Community Group, tentatively called the Social Web Incubator Community Group (SWICC?). 

I'd like to propose Chris Webber and Aaron Parecki as the co-chairs of the CG. (They have each told me they'd be willing. I also queried Amy Guy, who was not; although she still wants to be involved.)
I had hoped to come to this meeting with more info on what's involved with setting up a CG, but have been distracted by personal matters. I would, nonetheless, be pleased to work with anyone on next steps.
