I've slightly delayed publication of AS2 as Candidate Recommendation in
the hope that we can address most or all of the i18n
(internationalization) comments in the next couple of days. To my eye
they look straightforward, but some of them are normative changes, so
they would be good to address before going to CR.
Even if you don't care about AS2, you probably want to follow this,
since your specs will probably have similar issues during i18n review.
