Post Type Discovery

It wasnt 100% clear whether this would be a working group deliverable, or
used in some other context.  Would be great to hear more about the
intentions.

Looks interesting tho.  I would also perhaps suggest looking at the
"typeof" attribute in HTML which is already a W3C REC.  I do this in my
indieweb home page already.
