Proposal: https://github.com/jasnell/w3c-socialwg-activitystreams/issues/212 tl/dr version: the use case for the language tagged title, displayName, summary and content properties had been questioned (http://www.w3.org/Social/track/actions/69). I've gone back and reviewed and have come around to the opinion that while I think the mechanism is useful and the use cases are valid, it is not centrally critical to the basic and most common operation of the format and it does make implementation more difficult. So I'm proposing that we remove section 3.2 from the core spec (http://www.w3.org/TR/activitystreams-core/#naturalLanguageValues)
