Here's potentially another suggestion at this point: we could submit the group into two parts: - The part that's devoted to exploring what federation standards are in the abstract, and mapping it out, - And then we could have a part of the group that goes from start to finish with ActivityStreams on the current deliverables. It would not even need to be two separate groups... it could be two separate parts of the weekly meeting. Would that help resolve things?
