There are a number of open issues in the github repo that represent suggested additions to the spec. These have been sitting there for a while but no one has stepped up with a PR to add them. They are not critical to the spec in any way so I will be closing them due to lack of activity. My recommendation would be for someone to write a note or "cookbook" type of document that covers these items.
