Also, elf, thanks for the vote of confidence, but consider me as giving
regrets on being an editor; unfortunately, I don't have the time.
Also, I don't see any need for this one-editor-per-community approach.
Two is a good number of editors for any given spec. If there are
multiple specs, that's a chance to give more people a chance to edit.
