Ben submitted a pull request adding the microformats examples back in.
I just landed it
(https://github.com/jasnell/w3c-socialwg-activitystreams/pull/137).
However, the examples still need to be corrected and currently do not
accurately reflect real world implementation experience. Accordingly,
I have added an editorial note indicating that the examples may be
removed in future iterations of the document.
