Next Meeting

I believe both Tantek and Arnaud mentioned they cannot attend this weeks
meeting.  I am unsure if they contacted Evan about this or if he can even
make it.

There is also no agenda set up yet.

So, are we meeting this week?

In addition, James has expressed regret he will not be available for this
meeting and at present I am unsure I can attend.
