Replaces all URNs with URLs in examples.

Per issue #79 this replaces all URNs with URLs. I am not switching these examples to https however. In practice I have found suggesting https puts (however minor) extra work on implementors. I would suggest perhaps an authors note to say that while all examples are http:// URLs, https:// URLs, URNs, and acct: are all options for ids and other such values. Perhaps including that urls are recommended.
