I'm interested in implementation of this use case.

Having recently joined the group. and looking at 90 core use cases, im
unsure which are the 100% approved use cases for implementation, or how
they get to that stage approved.

Looking at the feedback :

It seems to me a fundamental building block of having friends before
implementing social web stuff

Can we anticipate this will be an approved use case?

Also, do we have any reference implementation existing?
