Hello Social Chairs -- I'd like to request a bit of time on the next agenda, to discuss whether it's useful for the Interest Group to work through the objections on user stories. If this agenda is full, then a future one. Many objections seem based more on the way in which a story was written, rather than the fundamental point of the story. As you know, we have had a few discussions on a few stories, but we were limited because we didn't have the right participants (namely the objectors), or their audio connection wasn't working, or etc. If the WG thinks this is a useful path, we (the IG) would be pleased to get back on it. And, if yes, then we hope to get WG member commitment for participation, at least in the discussions that involve stories to which one objected, or particularly care about. To that end, we propose to meet at the WG time slot, on the alternating weeks from the 'regular' WG meetings. Those are my main goals in asking for agenda time. Separately, I thought Melvin's comments questioning how rigid we should be about the user stories were interesting, and perhaps warrant discussion. I realize there is pressure to get API v1 delivered, and such a discussion may be too distracting right now. If that's true, let's put it on the docket for some future time. -- Ann Ann Bassetti
