Open Issues in the Tracker

There are a number of open issues in the tracker.

I had originally opened issues #31 and #34. I would like to withdraw each
of those issues now.

I recommend closing issue #4 due to lack of activity

Issue #37 can likely be resolved by landing my proposed update to the
Collection paging model

Issue #38 can likely be closed. We previously had already discussed and
decided on not including versioning information in the URI namespace. There
has been no new information presented that warrants changing that decision.

Issue #40 can be closed. The Post verb has been deprecated in the most
recently published WD

Issues #42 and #45 are still pending.
