broken list: public-socialweb-comments@w3.org

Hi,

We have this list mentioned on our wiki page for public comments:
https://www.w3.org/wiki/Socialwg#Email

I already used it in one of previous emails but it bounced and then I
realized that link from our wiki to archives leads to HTTP 404

I've tried emailing Harry and also tweeting at @SocialWebWG

Anyone could offer suggestion who to contact so we can get it fixed?
