Building on the review that Erik has been doing, this attempts to fill
in a bit more detail on the handling of AS 1.0 style verb and
objectType identifiers. Because of the potential for naming conflicts
in the json-ld @context, this isn't as clean as I would like. If
JSON-LD had the ability to specify @vocab on the term level (a feature
that has been requested for JSON-LD 1.1, this would be much easier to
accomplish). But for now, this is the best we have.
