I've started building out AS2 Conformance Test Definitions. Collecting
them here:

 https://github.com/jasnell/w3-socialwg-activitystreams-conformance

This will likely be a bit of a long slog. Contributions and Pull
requests are very helpful. For now, focusing on the test definitions
and not the methodology for applying them. We need to be clear on
exactly what is being tested before we start figuring out how.
