Draft functional diagram

I'll have a nice SVG version later (perhaps even tomorrow), but for the 
time being I diagrammed this on paper and scanned it.  I think helps 
clarify the OStatus stack and its relationship to the browser in 
quickly. I'm happy to walk through this tomorrow if we have any time!
