i like the idea of allowing users of distributed networks to download
their data for offline usage.

what do you think about specifying a way for an account to list a
forward address? if someone is following a no longer used account of
mine, they could automatically follow my new account after i add the
alias to the old account.

being able to upload user data to a new account from a previous account
without creating a wave of double posts (past or present) would be
another nice feature. :-)
