Follow-up on W3C Workshop on Future of Social Networking

Hello Workshop participants, Position Paper submitters,

This mail comes as a follow-up to the workshop on the future of social
networking last week:
http://www.w3.org/2008/09/msnws/

First, thanks for having participated in making this event so
successful!

As promised, the slides and rough minutes of the two-days workshop are
now available from the page above, along with various other resources to
which some of you pointed me to. Please send me pointers to other
related Web pages, and copies of your notes taken during the workshop if
possible.

Please note in particular the link to the XG charter that Harry
presented as a possible forum for follow-up work:
http://esw.w3.org/topic/SocialWebXGCharter

If you find mistakes in the minutes, please let me know and I'll do my
best to correct them; in any case, many thanks to Simon Hay, Tim
Anglade, Peter Mika, Harry Halpin, Karl Dubost and in particular to
Francois Daoust for minuting the discussions during the workshop!

We have started to work on the workshop report, and are hoping to make
it available in the upcoming few weeks - we will let you know as soon as
this is the case.

This mail is copied to the mailing list public-social-web-talk@w3.org
where I invite you to subscribe if you are interested in continuing the
discussions that started during the workshop:
http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-social-web-talk/
You can subscribe to it by sending a message with "subscribe" in the
subject to public-social-web-talk-request@w3.org .
