xAPI / adlnet.gov contributors may join as Invited Experts

Today before our Vocabulary TF telecon I had short call with
participants of xAPI | http://adlnet.gov

As some of you may remember xAPI community started working with Activity
Streams 1 and then modifying it into their own standard

Currently they prepare to launch ADL vocabulary focus group, and define
ways for Communities of Practice to design and publish vocabularies
specific for their particular domains.

As one of the outcomes of our call, I invited them that 1 or 2 people
apply to join Social IG as Invited Experts. They will also try to
provide one or two rough use cases in next weeks :)
