Social IG new Telecon time should work tomorrow and in future

It is booked at 11:00 ET and it *should* have worked, we've double-checked.

 However, the admin staff just informed me that there was some bugs last
week in our telecon system Zakim, so the IG was just unlucky and may
have been stricken with a bug :(
