It's done on a 6 month basis per discussions with the Director and
agreed on with Mark - that's the same method the Social Wg is uses.
The 6 month mark is just gives W3C a quick moment to check to see if
your employment situation is the same and if you can/cannot join W3C. So
if you got hired by Google or a non-member like VMware, we'd want to know :)
