[Vocabulary TF] ADL's xAPI Vocabulary

Hello,

Yesterday Ann and Harry finalized approval Invited Expert application
from Jason Haag, who works at http://adlnet.gov on xAPI. I hope he can
join our call already today (on very short notice). Either way, please
take a look at examples of very relevant vocabulary work happening in
xAPI community (currently to my understanding a fork of ActivityStreams 1.0)

I feel very excited about connecting with such established and active
project working with *Distributed Learning* domain!
