#UseCase - New wiki pages

Dear All,

I have created the following and would like feedback as well as input:


*        https://www.w3.org/wiki/Socialig/Use_Case_TF/Social_Data_Syntax - for capturing use cases around social data syntax.  Initial definition provided by Elf.

*        https://www.w3.org/wiki/Socialig/Use_Case_TF/Use_Case_Template - Initial straw man for a use case template.  This is important, because we will be using a consistent template in our subsequent report and we should start capturing use cases in an agreed upon (or at least acceptable) format to make the subsequent report drafting work easier.

As always, our wiki pages are open to all and please feel free to modify.
