I submitted a use case for which we already have rough working implementation: https://www.w3.org/wiki/Socialig/Use_Case_TF/Social_Data_Syntax/Profile_Scenarios#Portable_Linked_Profiles I could also change perspective and write it as two use cases: * Open Knowledge Directory * Code for All Directory Which will have big overlap!
