In my experience rotating schedules (I've tried it in the Crypto WG) lead to people missing telecons. I think the real question is how early can people in the Pacific do a telecon and how late in Europe can people do it? While the poll said 7 or 8 AM pacific was ideal, I think we may have to aim for a 9:00 AM Pacific/noon/6:00 PM CET Telecon. Would that work for West Coasters (Tantek, I could see doing 10:00 AM as well. Let's discuss today, since we'll have most of the west-coast folks on the phone. > > - Matt Marum > > On 8/4/14, 9:58 PM, "Erik Wilde" <dret@berkeley.edu> wrote: > >> hello harry. >> >> On 2014-08-04, 18:24 , Harry Halpin wrote: >>> http://doodle.com/pwzi33rcnnagwzg7 The Doodle seems to suggest >>> 4:00 PM CET (10:00 AM EDT/7:00 AM Pacific), but I'm wondering >>> if anyone from the West Coast actually filled it in. >> >> james and arnaud (aka the early bird) and myself did, and maybe >> there are more. looking at the poll now it seems like 7am and 8am >> have the same number of votes. maybe we could pick the slot >> that's better for the west coast? >> >> thanks and cheers, >> >> dret. >> > > -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.11 (GNU/Linux) Comment: Using GnuPG with Thunderbird - http://www.enigmail.net/ iQIcBAEBAgAGBQJT4OfPAAoJEPgwUoSfMzqc1TAP/jDJda2d5/vk8t4BuFMW9OZR McRO6KJsJ+Zwd+2SpY/uILGVuJc1KT1Ne0WXhtlsc0KyHYnxSXGFOi0zDdZJYqQ8 abrBEfvYhDXGeECNX9T1hviOi62hVTcXTBcqd0jBdEy/3oVBxtUbULgu2NUPP3Lq WMwWVXx40Ty29sZYfCNTKZSiknmgB6ib28bPVBjUIzJNxoISi5nFPUDWCxIAbdEu PYfhLQ+qhKtqWIn7oylmDJA6eYL7xExz8aK3v5dCmHg/Tbwy2yLYN5CA8MdtEzlA MSCb6u1TM7TgRXoffrLdEOBv3xdQP5IyYdWYrG5rZIlU1tnLy5xdeKRtiCivag6u Lw0URKCIKVhnU0fJCFGTDHhtQxLsdjkAn0TKaEmjG6hu14H73HgMrM9RPLgvhhAG Ol5lBVQdC8e3AplXp73OIemm9rDw9OVk9nxFVDFNIZYDjiPahyTkwbEIY89/IE3a R23g1YOyDbXOJ5ssJdeshKkoDOgTN+pTAcR8hUKMxFsl6Kn9nmUDBopJmk3NCJ6V dD2jIANcFge9F8NRzlCICYzj1hoofwwNBIS4xRRIYY3dmBuJQzppxMG0dNTfbgUG Z6eZjp6OZqqQ+ii9UC7S4w8c4g2czZ+CM+zmpeQnJqqW1N6ReHsoGDRKmLmj0b/l Rd0ZVz2cOVtF5hrrT6J+ =+Muz -----END PGP SIGNATURE-----
