Since I don't think we have anything to discuss, there's no SOAP/JMS WG 
meeting tomorrow.

(Please feel free to bring something up if you think there should be!)

I was supposed to meet with key W3C people just about an hour ago, but 
we were unable to obtain quorum on the call. We'll be trying to get the 
key people again later this week, or next week.

In other words, still working on getting spec published.
