No conference call tomorrow, 2010-10-26, action items

As per conference call last week, we don't really have much to discuss 
on the call tomorrow, so we'll pass for a week, and then dig back in.

Once we complete this next round of Last Call Working Draft, we'll need 
to prepare the PR version. For that, we need two implementations.  From 
our discussions, Apache CXF qualifies, so that leaves the rest of us to 
follow up.

Also, we probably need one last review of the test cases, to see if 
they're complete. We'll certainly be talking about that next week.

As to my action items:

ACTION 218 - report back to group on IANA registration options

I've attached a draft of the URI RFC that I sent off to Alexey at the 
IETF.  Please let me know if you have any feedback.

ACTION 193 - Investigate provisional URI process....

I'd like to declare this action complete, and track more specific 
actions as they arise.  At the moment, we've changed our registration to 
"provisional", which is the bulk of the required change.  Now we're 
waiting on feedback related to what we've done to address other concerns 
that have been raised.

ACTION 181 - Fix broken link on landing page.

This should be addressed by the publication of our upcoming LCWD, so 
hopefully fixed this week.
