I have run the pubrules checker over the Last Call Working Draft [1].
There are four clear errors, and a number of points which need manual
verification. The errors are:
1. Normative Document Representation (1.2 ) - the document does not
validate as HTML 4.x, XHTML or RDFa in XHTML.
2. Front Matter - Document Identifiers (3.1) - missing Document identifier
information in a dl list, where each dt element marks up an identifier role
- e.g. ("This Version", "Latest Version", "Previous Version", etc.)
3. Front Matter - Document Identifiers (3.2) - missing "This version URI",
"Latest version URI(s)", "Previous version URI"
4. Document Status Section (5.8) - missing the end date of the Last Call
review period.
