Re: ACTION-142 - updated test cases

Eric,
I think the information in the "Message Flows" section of each of those 
testcases needs to be updated as well.   They both still refer to the 
"old" replyToName value.

I've updated:
http://dev.w3.org/2008/ws/soapjms/testcases/testcases/testcases.html#test0006

and
http://dev.w3.org/2008/ws/soapjms/testcases/testcases/testcases.html#test0007


by removing the replyToName from the binding elements.  In the case of
test0006, I updated "GoodReplyQueue" to "AReplyQueue".  In the case of
test0007, I added an identical entry to the updated test0006.
