Problems: * These statements are not flagged. * Largely a restatement of [SOAP 1.2 Part 3: One-Way MEP] Proposal: Replace the entirety of section 2.7.2 with: The receiving node follows the rules defined in [SOAP 1.2 Part 3: One-Way MEP].
