ACTION-75: updates to binding spec

Hi everyone,
I went ahead and made the updates to the binding spec as we discussed on 
the call today.

Here's the URL for the "editor's copy" of the spec:

I made the following changes:
1) In section 2.2.1, I added the assertion for the 
unsupportedLookupVariant fault code
2) In section 2.8 I added "unsupportedLookupVariant" to the list
3) In the Assertion Summary (Appendix E), the new assertion is 
Protocol-2071
