SOAP-JMS prep for Last Call resolution

Greetings, during our most recent WG call we agreed that the Editor draft 
will be complete once the outstanding actions against the editors are 
complete. These actions have been completed.

At the call scheduled for 2008-10-28 we would like to make a resolution to 
move to publication of a Last Call Working Draft. Please read the latest 
editor draft [1] before the call and send any issues that you may have to 
the mailing list. I would encourage you all to participate in the call so 
that any resolution is clearly the will of the whole WG. If for some 
reason you cannot make the call please make your view known via this 
mailing list.
