Transition announcement: First Public Working Draft of SOAP over Java Message Service 1.0

The SOAP-JMS Binding Working Group announces the publication of the First 
Public Working Draft of SOAP over Java Message Service 1.0. This 
communication constitutes the First Public Working Draft transition 
announcement.

Abstract
This document specifies how SOAP should bind to a messaging system that 
supports the Java Message Service (JMS) [Java Message Service]. Binding is 
specified for both SOAP 1.1 [SOAP 1.1] and SOAP 1.2 [SOAP 1.2 Messaging 
Framework] using the SOAP 1.2 Protocol Binding Framework.
