[w3c sml] 2009-11-23 meeting

Since no new business has been signaled, Monday's telecon is cancelled.
Per the [charter] approved last February, the SML working group is set to 
naturally fade away into the proverbial sunset 31 December 2009.  At this 
point, I do not anticipate that the charter will be renewed past that 
date, nor am I aware of any requests to do so.  Henry is checking to see 
if there is anything else that must be done, but at this point neither of 
us is aware of any further actions that need to be taken by the Chair, 
Team Contact, or working group members.
