RE: action 210 : review of namespace documents

In the 2008/09 set of documents:

I did not have permission to access the following documents that were
listed in the RDDL documents when dereferencing the preferred namespace
URIs:

http://www.w3.org/2008/11/sml-schema.xsd

http://www.w3.org/2008/11/sml-if-schema.xsd

The following URI provided on the sml-err.html (in the 2008/09) page did
not resolve:

http://www.w3.org/2008/12/sml-schema.xsd

The sml-function.html refers to the SML-IF spec as the spec in which the
sml-function namespace is defined; however, the N.B.-paragraph correctly
identifies the source document as SML.

Subject: action 210 : review of namespace documents

I looked at the documents. All except the following look ok.

n http://www.w3.org/2007/08/smlif

o Text in the first paragraph should say SML-IF (instead of SML).
