There is one issue left. I don't think that "{namespace URI}" or the alterntive
mentioned "[namespace name]" is correct (in Appendix F). The URI in question is
part of the attribute's value (content) not the namespace of the attribute
itself. I'm not sure how to specify this.
For example:
