SML telecon 2009-08-17 is cancelled per last week's discussion

The only outstanding item of business I am aware of is the question of 
"who is going to make the XLink Note changes suggested by XML Core"; Len 
has right of first refusal on that, and has been on vacation so we chose 
to give him a week to come back up to speed.
