Schema bugs

fwiw, I have reviewed the Schema working group's responses to 6009 and 
6012, which I believe to be the only two of the four in MSM's member email 
that the SML wg chose to endorse.  I'm (personally) fine with the 
responses.  I'll put an item on next week's agenda to see if the wg has 
consensus that the responses are ok as well (to be good citizens, we 
should attempt to do so in a timely fashion so really-done bugs may be 
closed/tracked, as Schema is expected to request a CR transition "soon").
